The Retreat in Roanoke County is a 24 acre multi-family development with 12 apartments buildings and 252 apartments.  In addition, 7.5 acres of commercial development acreage was created with this development.

Allstate

This Allstate development in Roanoke County created a 70,000 square foot office building on 7.5 acres adjacent to Interstate 81.  This project also included offsite roadway improvements and utility extentions.


Westlake Towne Center

Westlake Towne Center is a 200 acre mixed use development at Smith Mountain Lake in Franklin County.  This development includes retail, office, medical, cinema, and residential uses.

Ivy Market

Rezoning, full survey, and civil engineering plans for the planned commercial development along Franklin Road in the City of Roanoke featuring Mellow Mushroom and Earth Fare.

The Water's Edge is the premiere golf course community at Smith Mountain Lake in Franklin County.

Roanoke Center for Industry and Technology

The Roanoke Center for Industry and Technology is a large industrial park in the City of Roanoke.  Lumsden Associates has been the engineer of record for the last three road extensions and over 90 acres of industrial development sites.


Vic Thomas Greenway Trailhead and Park

The Vic Thomas Greenway Trailhead and park is located adjacent to the Roanoke River Greenway in the City of Roanoke.

Mennel Milling

The Mennel Milling Company's Roanoke County facility is an industrial wheat/flour mill adjacent to Norfolk Southern's railway.


Gander Mountain

This 40 plus acre commercial planned development in Roanoke County consisted of road and utility extensions and the site development plans for Gander Mountain, Camping World, and Tractor Supply.

Mill Mountain Survey

This boundary survey of the iconic City of Roanoke Mill Mountain and Star consisted of 575 acres.
